Art for All

Helena Edwards' art
I love the unpredictability of watercolour paints.
I enjoy re-creating the places where I have been relaxed and happy, conscious of being part of a huge and wonderful world.
When I paint a beach, I remember the sun on my skin and the wind in my hair, the damp sand under my feet. It reminds me of feeling free, and exhilarated.

My favourite way of painting is with a big brush and a lot of water, allowing the colours to mingle and surprise me.
Art is about exploring what makes me happy, and sharing it with others.
